1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on juya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and juya.

juya reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and use a juya account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as a representative of another party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously had your juya account suspended or permanently closed.
• You must have a valid bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account, or another supported payment method, in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

juya may request documentary evidence to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified may result in temporary or permanent account restriction.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one juya account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection, with any balances held pending review. By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Account Verification (KYC)

juya applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with standard anti-money laundering practices. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of your payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. juya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately via [email protected]. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your session on any shared or public device after each use.
• Keep your registered contact details (phone number, email) current and accurate.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

juya supports fast and secure transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By initiating a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are typically credited to your juya account within minutes of successful payment confirmation. juya does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. juya reserves the right to set or modify deposit limits at its sole discretion, particularly in connection with responsible gaming policies.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Please note the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Failure to meet rollover conditions will result in the forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
• juya reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending fraud, security, or AML review. You will be notified if additional information is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

juya periodically offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are valid only for the player to whom they are awarded. Transferring, selling, or exchanging bonuses between accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, and payment method. Multiple claims will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Uncompleted rollovers expire at the end of the stated period without exception.
• juya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including for reasons of suspected abuse or system error.

In all cases where juya determines that a bonus has been claimed fraudulently, via automated means, or in violation of these terms, the bonus and all associated winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently closed without further notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

juya is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment, never a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods via the account settings. 7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

juya is committed to providing a fair, honest, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players, or with any third party, to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or money laundering activities.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during the registration or KYC process.
• Abusing platform glitches, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to generate unjust profits. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be voided.

Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial use of juya's content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by juya's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an account, you consent to juya processing your personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory compliance. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. juya uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juya, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and content partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds due to connectivity issues, server downtime, or force majeure events; errors in game calculations subsequently corrected; losses arising from wagering decisions made by the player; or any unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

juya makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows announced via email or on-site notification.

11. Amendments to These Terms

juya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of juya following the publication of any amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards. In the event of any dispute between you and juya arising from the use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team at [email protected]. juya will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under mutually agreed procedures before initiating any legal proceedings.
